RESOLUTION NO. 79~83
CONSULTING SERVICE
IFMS DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Gerald H. Barschdorf of Omega Systems has been under
contract with Jefferson County to provide consulting service for the County's
IFMS Data Processing System; and
WHEREAS, due to current budget constraints, there are no funds
available to continue the same contractural arrangements for the completion
of the IFMS pachage; and
WHEREAS, it is probable that problems may arise which would re-
quire professional consultation; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that all remaining enhancements to the IFMS Data
Processing System are hereby suspended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Omega Systems will provide requested
consulting services on an "as needed" basis at the rate of $50.00 per hour.
Travel time will be included in the hours billed.
