RESOLUTION NO. 80--83
WHEREAS, the following list of county road equipment has been
designated surplus county property pér Resolution No. 75-83, Findings and
Determination on Sale of Surplus County Personal Property; and
WHEREAS, said equipment is not available to be auctioned at this
time; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to delay the sale of the
following list of county equipment to a more convenient time and place
to be determined by the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that thé following list of surplus county equip-
ment be removed from the list of surplus property to be sold at public
auction on August 201 1983, and a daté, time and place be set for the
sale of said equipment in the near future:
