The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners pursuant to Chapter
229, Section 25, Laws of 1961 (RC1v 3.38.010) hereby establish a Justice
Court Districting Committee composed of the following:
1. The Honorable William E. Howard, Judge of the Superior Court.
2. John F. Raymond, Prosecuting Attorney.
3. S. Michael Watkins, Attorney at Law.
4. The Honorable Thomas J. Majhan, Judge of the District Court.
5. Glenn Abraham, Attorney at Law, representing the City of Port Townsend.
6. A. M. O'Meara, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners.
7. Patricia Knapp, County Auditor.
This committee shall meet at the call of the Prosecuting Attorney and
shall prepare a plan for the districting of Jefferson County in accordance
with the guidelines set forth in RCW 3.38.020.
