BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County District Court has requested a
budget transfer in order to balance their 1983 Budget of Expenditures,
necessitated by expenses not anticipated at the time of preparing the said
budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in another category
within their budget to allow the requested transfer; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make the following transfer:

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that an adjustment should be made within the 1983 Budget of
Expenditures for this department. Due to there being sufficient funds
in other accounts within the budget of the department to permit the
