RESOLUTION NO. 86-83
ESTABLISHMENT OF PLANNING DEPARTMENT
REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
Jefferson County Commissioners that in order to conduct the affairs of the
County Planning Department in a prompt and orderly manner it appears
necessary that a REVOLVING FUND be established in the amount of twenty-
five dollars ($25.00); and
WHEREAS, such authority was not included in the 1983 budget for
the Planning Department; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $25.00 payable to
the Jefferson County Planning Department for the establishment of their
Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one
to meet needs, and this resolution shall be in force and take effect with-
out further notice or hearing.
