RESOLUTION NO.I03-83
ROAD NAME CHANGES
WHEREAS, the county roads listed in the attached Exhibit "A"
have been dedicated for the use of public per plats recorded with the
County Auditor, and
WHEREAS, per Resolution No. 62-83 ,the Board of County
Commissioners has adopted new names for these county roads, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor has statutory authority for keep-
ing and maintaining the records relating to plats
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor of
Jefferson County is hereby authorized and directed to revise the name
of the roads and streets on the faces of all plats with names that
have been changed.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each plat revised be remicro-
filmed for archives~ OR changed on permanent record.
