RESOLUTION NO.
106-83
A RESOLUTION of the Board of County Commissioners
of Jefferson County, Washington, approving a plan of
additions and betterments and extensions of the
general comprehensive plan of water supply for Water
District No.1, Jefferson County.
WHEREAS, the firm of Hammond, Collier & Wade-Livingstone
Associates, Inc., consulting engineers for Jefferson County
Water District No.1 (the "District"), has completed a plan of
additions to betterments and extensions of the General Compre-
hensive Plan of water supply for the District; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate agencies of the State and County
have reviewed and approved the plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it to be in the best interest of
Jefferson County to concur in such approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS:
Section 1. The plan of additions to and betterments and
extensions of the general comprehensive plan of water supply for
Water District No.1, as prepared and submited by Hammond,
Collier & Wade-Livingstone Associates, Inc., consulting engi-
neers, is ACCEPTED and APPROVED.
ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, Washington, at an open public meeting, of which due
notice was given in the manner provided by law, held this ./~tb
