RESOLUTION NO.
109-83
ORDER - BUDGET APPROPRIATION
ROAD FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 7th day of November, 1983, declare that an
emergency existed to provide the sum of $480,000 for the Jefferson
County Road Fund, and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, November
21, 1983, at the hour of 10:40a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing;
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized
and empowered, to transfer the amount of $480,000.00 from Road Fund
No. 1360, unencumbered balance, into the Jefferson County Road Fund
Budget for 1983.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby
authorized to include the said amount of $480,000.00 in the Jefferson
County Road Fund Budget for 1983 as follows:

1360 100 545.33.41
