RESOLUTION NO. 110-83
ORDER - BUDGET APPROPRIATION
EQUIPMENT RENTAL & REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 7th day of November, 1983, declare that an
emergency existed to provide the sum of $92,000.00 for the Jefferson
County Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund, and set a hearing on said
emergency for Monday, November 21, 1983, at the hour of 10:50a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized
and empowered, to transfer the amount of $92,000.00 from Equipment
Rental & Revolving Fund No. 5010, unencumbered balance, into the Jefferson
County Rental & Revolving Fund Budget for 1983,
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby
authorized to include the said amount of $92,000.00 in the Jefferson
County Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund Budget for 1983 as follows:
