BUDGET TRANSFER - JUVENILE PROBATION
WHEREAS, there is a need for a budget transfer within
the Juvenile Probation budget fund #119, due to certain expenses
not anticipated at the time of preparing the said budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other
categories within Fund #119 to allow the requested transfer;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to make the following transfer:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
1983 Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
being sufficient funds in other accounts within the budget of the
department to permit the necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request
the following transfer(s):

Transfer TO: (BARS Account Number and Title)
$577.50 527.30.16 Longevity
Reason for Transfer(s):
No funds were budgeted for the Longevity account for 1983, and proper
and allowable expenditures have been made from that account.
