DISBURSEMENT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, DISTRIBUTING AND ALLOCATING THE BALANCE OF FEDERAL FOREST
RESERVE MONIES RECEIVED BY JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1983.
(Remaining 25% of total year).
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the
sum of forty thousand two hundred forty seven and 49 /100 dollars
($40,247.49) from the Washington State Auditor, representing the
balance (25 %) of this County's distributive share of Federal Forest
Reserve Revenues apportioned by the U.S. Department of Agriculture
during the calendar year 1983, and pursuant to the statute of the State
of Washington in such cases made and provided, it is the duty of the
Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to make the proper disposition
thereof; and
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given
careful consideration to the needs of the County Road System and their
necessary administrative requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County
Commissioners does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion
the said sum of $40,247.49 to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance
and construction of County roads during the year 1984, to be transferred,
by the County Treasurer, into BARS account No. 1360.100.332.91, County
Roads, on January 3, 1984.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of December, 1983.
