RESOLUTION NO, ¿~.l'--83
AMENDMENT TO THE SETON SHORT PLAT
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Jefferson County Board
of Commissioners and the Jefferson County Planning Department that a reservation
for easement is graphically shown between Lots 3 and 4 of the Seton Short Plat;
and
WHEREÞ.S, the reservation for easement was placed on the plat at the request -
of the property owners and was not a condition of plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the property owner is desirous of removing said reservation of ease-
ment for the Seton Short Plat; and
WHEREAS, the reservation of easement did not establish nor convey any ease-
ment rights but merely portrayed where an easement might be established; and
WHEREAS, the removal of the reservation of easement will have no material or
substantive effect,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the reservation of easement portrayed on
the Seton Short Plat is hereby null and void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Seton Short Plat mylar filed under Auditor's
File 259832 in Page 108, Book 1 of short plats shall be amended showing' the reser-
vation of easement hatch marked out and reference ma.de to this resolution,
