RESOLUTION NO. 4-82
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S SALARY FOR 1982
WHEREAS, one-half (1/2) of the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary is paid by the State of Washington in accordance
with RCW 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation
of the salary established as a basis for payment of the State's
share of the Je.fferson County Prosecuting Attorney' s salary;
Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the salary for the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney for calendar year 1982 is twenty-eight thousand
seven hundred fifty dollars ($28,750.00).

Dear Mr. Brown:
Enclosed is a resolution establishing the Prosecuting Attorney's
salary for calendar year 1982. The purpose of this resolution is
to provide the State Treasurer a record so the state may promptly
remit its one-half share of the Prosecutor's salary.
