RESOLUTION NO. 6-82
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissiòners did,
on the 29th day of December, 1981, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $3,000.00 for the expansion of the District Court Office
and set a hearing on said emergency for the 11th day of January, 1982, at
the hour of 10:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to transfer the
amount of $3,000.00 from the unencumbered 501 Current Expense Fund balance
into the Jefferson County District Court Budget for 1981.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby authori-
zed to include the said amount of $3,000.00 in the District Court Budget
for 1981 under BARS account 512.40.64.
