Giving Notice of Preparation and Filing of Assessment Roll
for Jefferson County Road Improvement District No. 2
and Setting Hearing Date
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Jefferson County Road Improve-
ment District No. 2 has been prepared and filed with the Clerk of the
Board of Jefferson County Commissioners; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
(1) Hearing on the assessment roll for Jefferson County Road
Improvement District No. 2 shall be, and is hereby, set for Monday,
March
15, 1982, at 11:00 a.m. at the Office of the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners, first floor, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port
Townsend, Washington.
(2) The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing as required by law (RCW 36.88.090)
