RESOLUTION NO. 16-82
HEARING NOTICE
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - CENTRAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, Jefferson County entered into contract with Omega Systems
for the completion and implementation of the IFMS Data Processing System,
and the Forest Land Grading Program for Jefferson County and the balance
due is the amount of $19,517.19; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that an
emergency exists and the sum of $19,517.19 is necessary to meet the said
emergency and is for the best interests of Jefferson County that the appro-
priation be made; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby declared, that an
appropriation be made for the Jefferson County Central Services Department
in the amount of $19,517.19 to be used for expenses incurred for the com-
pletion of the IFMS Data Processing System and the Forest Land Grading
Program for Jefferson County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on the said
emergency appropriation, and that said hearing be held in the County Commis-
sioners' Chambers, Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, on the 22nd day of
February, 1982, at the hour of 10:30a.m., and that notice of the said hear-
ing be published in the official newspaper of Jefferson County, and that at
said hearing any interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against
the appropriation for such alleged emergency.
