AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 129':"81
RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON
(CORRECTING RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS & PROFILE TITLE)
TO DEED ROADS AND EASEMENTS WITHIN LIMITS OF SR 104
TO THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, in the improvement of SR 104, Hood Canal Bridge Unit 2 Approach
Structure by the State of Washington, Department of Transportation, it is
necessary and advisable for the State of Washington to acquire title to all ROADS
and EASEMENTS, recorded and unrecorded, rights and appurtenances thereto,
located within the limits of said highway.
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, it appears to the said Board that it will be in the best
interest of both Jefferson County and the State of Washington that Jefferson
County convey said Roads and Easements to the State of Washington by quit claim
deed for a consideration of mutual benefits;
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, Washington that Jefferson County in accordance with RCW
47.12.040 and through its Board of County Commissioners to deliver said deed to
the State of Washington, Department of Transportation.
