RESOLUTION NO. 20-82
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - CENTRAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 8th day of February, 1982, declare that an emergency existed to pro-
vide the sum of $19,517.19 for the Central Services Department for expenses
incurred for the completion and implementation of the IFMS Data Processing
System and the Forest Land Grading Program, and set a hearing on said
emergency for February 22, 1982, at the hour of 10:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that the Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer the amount of $19,517.19 from the unencumbered 501
Current Expense fund balance into the Central Services Budget for 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is hereby authori-
zed to include the said amount of $19,517.19 in the Central Services budget
under BARS account no. 593.10.31,Professional Services.
ORDERED this 22nd day of February, 1982.
