RESOLUTION NO. 21-82
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, RCW 36.32.020 provides for establishment of three (3)
Commissioner Districts with each district representing, as nearly as
possible, one-third (1/3) of the County's population; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, has reviewed the redistricting question and has concluded that
the Commissioner Districts established by this resolution complies with
the statutory requirements; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Commissioner Districts for Jeff-
erson County are established as follows:
1st Commissioner District 2nd Commissioner District 3rd Commissioner District
