RESOLUTION NO. 27-82
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - CENTRAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 1st day of March, 1982, declare that an emergency existed to provide
the sum of $18,000.00 for the Central Services Department to cover costs
involved for a data processing system study for the Public Works Department,
and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, March 15, 1982, at the hour
of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and

WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that the Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer the amount of $18,000.00 from the unencumbered 501 ~
Current Expense Fund balance into the Central Services Budget for 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is hereby authori-
zed to include the said amount of $18,000.00 in the Central Services budget
under BARS account no.
