HomeMy WebLinkAbout031 82 de.: ( (111.<'" '" "i!', FOR PUBLICATION 4/21/82 and 4/28/82 j/ "¡J,?'Jj'i' ~ ( ""- RESOLUTION NO. 31-82 INTENT TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD HEARING NOTICE "School House Road" - Gardiner WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners have determined it in the best interest of the public to maintain the road commonly known as "School House Road" as a part of the County Road System, which said legal description is as follows: The West 60 feet of the NW~ of Section 34, Township 30N, Range 2 W.W.M. between County Road No. 102 (Old Gardiner Highway) and County Road No. 104 (Gardiner-C1allam Road) and in contemplation of the language of Statute R.C.W. 36.81.010, Now, Therefore, BE ¡T RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its intention to establish the above described "School House Road" as a county road due to public necessity. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine the said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable as to the necessity of the road, as to the proper ter- mina1 points, general course and length thereof, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon as possible. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing shall be held on Monday, the IDth day of May, 1982, at the hour of 10:30a.m., in the Commis- sioners' Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard on the report and recommendation of the County Road Engineer either to proceed or not to proceed with establishing the above described road. ~'day of April, 1982.
