RESOLUTION NO. 35-82
CAINE SHORT PLAT MŒNDr,1ENT
tmEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners and the Jefferson County Planning Department that
a drafting error on the final amended Caine Short Plat creates an inaccurate
portrayal of the property lines; and
WHEREAS, the error was not discovered during the normal administrative
review of this plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amended Caine Short Plat be
further amended so the bearings and length of the northern most survey line
of Lot 3 shall be described as N 68° 491 44" E, 148.14' and the northern
most survey line of Lot 4 shall be described as N 59° 111 41" E, 134.551.
The portrayal of the sixty foot easement along the southern boundary of
Lot 3 shall be amended to show the easement centerline.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the correction be placed on a duplicate
mylar and filed with the Jefferson County Auditor referring to this resolution.
