RESOLUTION NO. 40-82
APPROVAL & SIGNING OF COUNTY BILLS
WHEREAS, existing policy dictates that all Current Expense and
Special Funds vouchers be approved and signed by the Board of County Commis-
sioners on the second Monday of each month for the provious month's bills;
and
WHEREAS, in order to improve the efficiency of computer scheduling,
it is necessary to change the date of said voucher approval and payment;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that all Current Expense and Special Funds vouchers be presented to said
Board by the Auditor's office for approval and signing on the first Monday
of each month, effective as of March, 1982.
