COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 521
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON:
In the matter of initiating a county road proJect designated as C.R.P.
521; it is hereby resolved that Hastings Avenue, County Road No. 40 ,
State Log No. 96130 from Milepost 2.35 to Milepost 3.44 be improved as
follows:
GRADING, DRAINING, BASE AND TOP COURSE AND L.B.S.T. SURFACING
It is further resolved that an appropriation from the officially adopted
road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby
made in the amounts and for the purpose shown:

with RCW 36.77.060 and WAC 136-1.8.
