RESOLUTION NO. 48-82
ORDER TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY ROAD
"SCHOOL HOUSE ROAD", GARDINER
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County
Road Engineer's report and the County Planning Department's report
with respect to Resolution No. 31-82, "Intent to Establish County
Road", submitted by the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appear-
ing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by
law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein,
and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully
advised in the premises does now find and determine that the public
will be benefited by the establishment of this road as a part of the
County Road System; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
The West 60 feet of the Northwest
quarter of Section 34, Township
30N, Range 2W W.M., between County
Road No. 102 (Old Gardiner Highway)
and County Road No. 104 (Gardiner-
C1a11am Road), commonly known as
"School House Road"
be and the same is hereby established.
