ORDER OF VACATION
ALLEY IN PLAT OF IRONDALE, DIVISION 4

This matter coming to be heard this day upon the coun~9~~adF
report and the County Planning Department's report with~espe
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Marvin and Ella Yanke, and it appearing to the Board of County Commis-
sioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time
and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting arid publication
being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced,
and being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine that
the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof; Now, Therefore
BE ¡T RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
All of the 200 foot in length by
12 foot in width alley lying be-
tween Lots 1 through 8 and 9 through
36, Block 108 of Ironda1e, Division
4, as recorded in Volune 2, page
141 of plats, records of Jefferson
County
be, and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.
140; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from compen-
sation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except for the
expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination, publication
and recording.
