RESOLUTION NO. 61-82
ESTABLISHING THE DATES OF 1983 BUDGET
SUBMISSIONS, REVIEW HEARINGS & FINAL ADOPTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.071, the Jefferson County Board
of Commissioners have selected the alternate date of the first week in
December for final adoption of the Jefferson County Budget for 1983; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.010, the Jefferson County Auditor
will notify in writing on July 12, 1982, each elective or appointive county
official to file with her on or before August 30, 1982, an estimated budget
for the ensuing fiscal year, for submission to the Board of County Commis-
sioners by October 4, 1982; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that each elective or appointive county official
shall file with the County Auditor an estimated budget for 1983 on or before
August 30, 1982, for Auditor's submission to the Board of County Commis-
sioners by October 4th; that budget review hearings shall be commenced on
October 19th and continue through December 3rd; and that during the first
week in December (December 6th - lOth) the Jefferson County Budget for 1983
shall be adopted.
