RESOLUTION NO. 65-82
ORDER OF VACATION
ALLEY IN BLOCK 2, OLSEN'S ADDITION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County
Road Engineer's report and the County Planning Department's report
with respect to the vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of
a County Road" submitted by Ka~herine Lytle, and it appearing to the
Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted
and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof
of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in
the premises, does now find and determine that the public will be
benefited by the vacation thereof; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
All of the approximately 805 foot long by
16 foot wide alley located in Block 2 of
Olsen's Addition to Ironda1e, as recorded
in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 142, records of
Jefferson County; said alley lying between
Gene Street to the west and the Port Town-
send-Beaver Valley Road, County Road 12,
on the east
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW
36. g 7 . U+O; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from
compensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except
for the expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination,
publication, and recording.
