This matter coming to be heard this day upon the coun~~~'
report and the County Planning Department's report wi ~ffRf1p~r9~8_
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by James Hermanson, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time andin
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being
now on file herein and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and
being fµlly ad.vised in the premises does now find and determine that the
public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOH THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All of the 16 foot wide by 275
foot long alley lying between
Lots 1-5 and 6-10 in Block 83
of the Supp1eméntary Plat of
Captain Tibbals Lake Park, as
recorded in Vol. 2 of Plats,
Page 3, records of Jefferson
County Auditor
hereby, vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW
be, and the same is
36.87.140; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from
compensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except
for the expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination,
publication, and recording.
