RESOLUTION NO. 70-82
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S SALARY FOR BALANCE OF 1982
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, appointed a new full-time Prosecuting Attorney for Jefferson
County on the 27th day of May, 1982, due to the vacancy created by the
appointment of the incumbent to the position of Superior Court Judge; and
WHEREAS, one-half (~) of the Prosecuting Attorney's salary is
paid by the State of Washington in accordance with RCW 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation
of the salary established as a basis for payment of the State's share of
the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's salary; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney for the balance of calendar year 1982 is fifteen
thousand and no/lOO dollars ($15,000.00) effective as of June 1, 1982.

Re: Salary Adjustment for Prosecuting Attorney
Effective as of June 1, 1982, the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's position was changed from part-time to full-time status
and salary adjusted to $15,000 for the balance of 1982. The addi-
tional portion to be paid by the State (in excess of the amount
submitted the first of the year) is $312.52.
