RESOLUTION NO. 78-82
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE FROM CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND
Copy Machine for Prosecuting Attorney's Office
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is
in need of a copier and has insufficient funds in the capital outlay
category within their budget for payment thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners established a
Cumulative Revolving Equipment Fund (Resolution No. 30-73) to be used for
the purchase of replacement equipment and machines used in Current Expense
Fund office operations; and
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney has submitted a contract to
repay the Cumulative Reserve Fund for the purchase of said copier, de-
scribed as exhibit "A"; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the Prosecuting Attorney is hereby authorized to purchase a copier
for office operations, to be paid from the Cumulative Revolving Equipment
Fund within the Central Services Budget fund #502.
