RESOLUTION NO. 80-32
COUNTY-HIDE FUEL ALLOCATION PLANS
AUTHORIZATION FOR DOT FUNDING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the ~~ashington State Department of Transportation
has made funds available to counties for the preparation of
emergency fuel allocation plans; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council by
formal motion has recolnmended the application and contracting
for said funds; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson-Port
Townsend Regional Council be allowed to contract with the
Washington State Department of Transportation for funding for
the preparation of a county-wide emergency allocation plan which
would include the following elements: a county motor fuel usage
plan, a con~aunity transportation contingency plan, and a public
transit contingency plan.

BE IT FURTHER P£SOLVED the all direct costs incurred by
