THIS MATTER coming to be heard on the 15th day of March, 1982, u
County Road Engineer's report and the County Planning Department's report
with respect to the vacation set forth in "Petition to Vacate a County Road"
submitted by Clarence D. Bramhall, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing had been posted and published for the
time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publi-
cation being now on file herein and said Board having the other evidence
adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find and deter-
mine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
That portion of Lillian Street South of
Elwood Avenue, EXCEPT any portion within
the tract of land thirty (30) feet wide,
lying parallel and adjacent to the East
margin of SR 20, as referenced in the
deeds recorded under the Jefferson County
Auditor's file numbers 279370, 279371, &
279372 and EXCEPT those cross-streets
known as Frederick, Bayview, Charles and
Eisenbeis Avenues, all situated in the
Eisenbeis-Bayview Addition, Section 16,
Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M.
be, and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that those portions of Lillian Street
vacated by this action shall become part and parcel to adjacent blocks
owned by Clarence and Marilyn Bramhall, Gordon Papritz, and William and
Sylvia Thomas.

EISENBEIS/BAYVIEW ADDITION
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is excempt from compen-
sation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except for the
expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination, publication
and reçprding.
