HomeMy WebLinkAbout085 82 1>/ {7-(fl (~~ RESOLUTION NO. 85-82 INCREASE TO PETTY CASH FUND DISTRICT COURT WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners established a "Petty Cash Revolving Fund" in the amount of $50.00, by execution of Resolution No. 1-78, as requested by the County District Court; and WHEREAS, the said District Court has expressed a need to increase the amount of that fund by an additional $75.00 due to the necessity of having to utilize more than one cash drawer from which to conduct their business; Now, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforementioned facts constitute an emergency and that the estimated amount of funds to be appropriated to meet such emergency is $75.00; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby authorized to appropriate the amount of $75.00 chargeable to the County District Court Current Expense Fund. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is hereby author- ized to include the amount of $75.00 in the District Court 1982 budget of expenditures under "Petty Cash Revolving Fund". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to meet needs, therefore, this resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice of hearing.
