RESOLUTION NO. 93-82
ORDER TO VACATE
PORTION OF MUMBY ROAD
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in Resolution No. 83-82, "Intent to Vacate", and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein; and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by
the vacation thereof; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
All that portion of the Mumby Road, Countr
Road 4-9.35, located in the SE~ of the NW~
of Section 20, Township 30 North, Range 1E
W.M., lying outside of the present right-
of-way as constructed under C.R.P. 516,
approved June 14, 1982;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
