RESOLUTION NO. 112-82
HEARING NOTICE
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FEASIBILITY STUDY
PROPOSED BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners entered into
contract, on the 16th day of May, 1980, with the Washington State Department
of Transportation for public transportation feasibility studies in the
amount of $13,482.00; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that an
emergency exists and the sum of $13,482.00 is necessary to establish a
budget for the public transportation feasibility studies in the said amount,
and is for the best interests of Jefferson County that the budget be estab-
lished; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby declared, that a
budget in the amount of $13,482.00 be established for the public transpor-
tation feasibility studies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on said
emergency and that said hearing be held in the County Commissioners Chambers,
Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, on the 4th day of October, 1982, at
the hour of 10:30a.m., and that notice of said hearing be published in the
offi~ia1 newspaper of Jefferson County, and that at said hearing, any inter-
ested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the proposed establish-
ment of a budget to enable payment for the public transportation feasibility
studies.
