RESOLUTION NO. 123-82
BUDGET TRANSFER - SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Sheriff of Jefferson County has requested
budget transfers in order to adjust the 1982 Budget of Expenditures
because amounts required were underestimated at the time the budget
was prepared; and
r,~HEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other cate-
gories within the Sheriff's budget to allow the requested transfers;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is here-
by authorized to make, the following transfers:

,Pleasè be advised ,that after a thorough examination of my current.-
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
