DISBURSE~ŒNT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COHtviISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, DISTRIBUTING AND ALLOCATING FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES
RECEIVED BY JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1982 (75% of total
year)
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the
sum of seven hundred thirty-seven thousand, two hundred sixty-six dollars
and fifteen cents ($737,266.15) from the State Auditor of the State of
Hashington, representing 75% of this County's distributive share of
Federal Forest Reserve Revenues apportioned by the U.S. Department of
Agriculture during the calendar year 1982, and pursuant to the statute
of the State of Washington in such cases made and provided, it is now
the duty of the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to make the
proper disposition thereof; and
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given careful
consideration to the needs of the County Road System and their necessary
administrative requirements; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does
hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion said sum of
$737,266.15 as follows:
To the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance
and construction of County roads during the
year 1983 the sum of $737,266.15 to be
transferred into 1360.100, County Roads, on
January 3, 1983. '
THE RElv1AINING 25"10 of Jefferson County's distributive share
of Forest Reserve Revenues will be appropriated by the U.S. Department
of Agriculture before the end of the calendar year 1982, at ~71:1Ích time
the Board will make the proper distribution.
