RESOLUTION NO. 132-82
CAINE SHORT PLAT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners and the Jefferson County Planning Department that a
drafting error in the final amended Cainè Short Plat creates an inaccurate
portrayal of the property lines; and
WHEREAS, the error was not remedied by the previous amendment pursuant
to Resolution No. 35-82.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that thè amended Caine Short Plat be
further amended so the bearings and length of the northern most survey lines
of Lot 3 shall be described as N590ll'4l"E, 134.55' and the northern most survey
line of Lot 4 shall be described as N6Ro49'44"E, 148.14'. The portrayal of
these lines on the face of the plat shall be changed to accurately depict
these survey bearings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall nullify Resolution
No. 35-82.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the correction be placed on a duplicate
mylar and filed with the Jefferson County Auditor referring to this resolution.
