RESOULTION NO. 134-82
REGIONAL COUNCIL REDISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
approved Resolution 26-77, which appropriated $1500.00 to be
placed with the Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council; and
WHEREAS, these funds were specifically appropriated
to develop an architectural survey of the community recreational
facility located in Port Townsend; and
TWHEREAS, $991.00 were expended for that purpose, leaving
an unencumbered balance of $509.00; and
'~EREAS, these :appropriated but unencumbered funds are
necessary to fund a portion of the operating expenses of the
regional council.
THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the $509.00 left
outstanding is hereby authorized to be utilized to fund a portion
of the operating expenses of the Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional
Council;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said funds shall be
budgeted and approved in accordance with the by-laws of the
regional council.
