RESOLUTION NO. 135-82
ORDER - BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION PREPARATION
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of October, 1982, the Jefferson
County Board of Commissioners declared that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $430.60 to pay an invoice presented by David Lloyd
hrhited for preparation of the Community Development Block Grant appli-
cation; and
WHEREAS, said amount is to be reimbursed by Federal grant;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners set a hearing on said
emergency for Monday, November 8, 1982 at 10:00 a.m. and notice of said
hearing was published in the legal newspaper of Jefferson County as
required by law; and
WHEREAS, hearing was held at the specified time and place,
and no objection was interposed; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to, establish
a new line item within the Construction and Renovation Fund in the
amount of $/+30.60, to be exp'ended under BARS No. 3010-519.50.65.
ORDERED this ~-kll day of November, 1982.
