RESOLUTION NO. 136-82
ORDER TO VACATE
PORTION OF OTTO STREET
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in Resolution No. 113-82, "Intent to Vacate", and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing
has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided
by law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein,
and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully
advised in the premises does now find and determine that the public
will be benefited by the vacation thereof; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED, that:
That portion of Otto Street, County
Road 48, lying outside the easterly
margin of the Otto Street Extension,
CRP 510, approved October 26, 1981,
and adjacent to Blocks 34 and 37 of
Eisenbeis Bayview Addition (except
the extensions of the alley in Block
34 and Eisenbeis Avenue) as recorded
in Vol. 2, Page 54 of Plats, records
of Jefferson County
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
