HEARING NOTICE
BUDGET EXTENSION - COUNTY FAIR
WHEREAS, the Jef erson County Fair has requested a budget
extension in the amount of $17,000.00 for expenditures not anticipated
at the time of preparing t e 1981 Budget of Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, $17,000 00 is available in the County Fair Unencum-
bered funds, and it appear there is an emergency to provide this sum
for operating expenses; an
WHEREAS the Jeff rson County Board of Commissioners has

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that the budgeted amount' in BARS Account Number //6~

necessary expenses of th~s department for tn~s year. After a careful
examination of the expenditures under this fund in previous years, and a
