RESOLUTION NO. 146-82
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - JEFFERSON ÇOUNTY FAIR
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners did, on the
8th day of November, 1982, declare that an emergency existed to provide
the sum of $17,000.00 for the Jefferson County Fair from the County Fair
Unencumbered funds to cover operating expenses, and set a hearing date on
said emergency for the 22nd day of November, 1982, at the hour of 10:00a.m.;
and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing and
no objection or objection interposed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to
extend the County Fair Budget by the sum of $17,000.00, from their unencum-
bered funds in the following line items:
