RESOLUTION NO. 147-82
DECLARATION OF RESULT OF ELECTION
JEFFERSON COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 7
WHEREAS, at the General Election held on November 2, 1982,
a proposition to form a fire protection district in the West-end of
Jefferson County was voted upon and passed; and
WHEREAS, upon examination of certificate of the canvassing
officials, it is found that three-fifths of all votes at said election
for the proposition "Jefferson County Fire Protection District No.7"
were cast "Yes"; Now, Therefore;
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that such territory is duly organized
as a fire protection district under the name heretofore designated, and
that the fOllowing three candidates received the highest number of votes
for fire commissionerss of said district and duly elected as the first
Fire Commissioners of Jefferson County Fire Protection District No.7:
Walter VanDenElzèn
Clifford A. Hay
Howard Rotter
