THIS MATTER coming to be heard on the 8th day of November, 1982, upon
the County Road Engineer's report and the County P1~f~~!~~~tÆßiff5Rs
report with respect to the vacation set forth in" i ~9n to Vac te
a County Roaon submitted by Charles Jennings, and illft. ..~~( f' ) _
Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing ha~be 'posted
and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of
such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board
having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the pre-
mises, does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by
the vacation thereof; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
that portion of the 60 feet in width
by approximately 30 feet in length
right-of-way of 9th Street, lying be-
tween lot 6 of block 50 and lot 1 of
block 63 northwest of the Old Gardiner
Highway, and the 20 feet in width by
approximately 50 feet in length alley
lying between lots 1 and 12 of block
63, all in the Plat of Junction City
as recorded in Vol. 2, Page 103 of
Plats, records of Jefferson County,
excepting existing 60 foot right-of-
way for the Old Gardiner Highway
("County Road 102); and lot line be-
tween lots land 12 of block 63 of
the Plat of Junction City as recorded
in Vol. 2, Page 103 of Plats, records
of Jefferson County
be, and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW
36.87 .1L¡,O.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from
compensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except
for the expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examina-
tion, publication and recording.
