RESOLUTION NO. 163-82
BUDGET TRANSFERS - PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney has
requested budget transfers in order to adjust his 1982 Budget of
Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other cate-
gories within his own budget to allow the requested transfers; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to make the following transfers:

Re: Request for Budget Transfer
Gentlemen:
Please be advised that, after yet another review of my current
budget, together with a review of billings received for
payment in December, it appears that an adjustment should be
made within the 1982 Budget of Expenditures for this department.
Due to there being sufficient funds in other accounts within the
budget of the department to permit the necessary adjustments, I
