ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - NON - DEPARTMENTAL
BONDS /INSURANCE & STATE EXAMINER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 22nd day of December, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $2,746.00 for the Bonds & Insurance catagory, and $1,798.
for the State Examiner catagory, and set a hearing on said emergency for
January 5, 1981, at the hour of 10:30 a.m.; and
and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to extend
the budget of Non - Departmental for 1980 from the unencumbered 501 fund balance
as follows:

519.90.36.07
$1,798.00
2,746.00
