RESOLUTION NO. 11-81
TRANSFER OF FEASIBILITY STUDY FUND
TO THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners entered into
an "Assumption of Contractura1 Obligation" Agreement by and between Jeffer-
son County and the Jefferson County Public Transportation Benefit Authority,
on the 5th day of January, 1981, whereby the said Authority assumed any and
all obligations for the funds provided to the County by the Washington State
Department of Transportation for a public transportation feasibility study;
and
WHEREAS, a balance in the amount of $4,946.88 remains in the
Feasibility Study Fund which needs to be transferred from the County to the
Public Transportation Benefit Authority; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized and empowered to transfer the amount of $4,946.88 from County
Fund #148 to the Jefferson County Public Transportation Benefit Authority
Fund #680.
