RESOLUTION NO. 12-81
ORDER OF PLAT ALTERATION
CHIMACUM CREEK ESTATES, DIVISION II
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of
ton, received on the 16th day of December, 1980, a proposed
alterations upon a copy of the existing plat and a petition for plat a1ter-
ation of Lot fiB", Division II, Chimacum Creek Estates, with signatures
attached representing more than three-fourths in number and area of the
owners for which plat alteration is petitioned, and required by RCW 58.12.
010; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said petition, the date of February 2,
1981, was fixed for the hearing, and all owners of property not joining in
the petition were notified of the hearing in the manner provided by RCW 58.
12, stating by whom and when said petition was filed, the object thereof,
and date, time and place the same would be heard; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and date set for the hearing of said
petition and the Board of County Commissioners having inquired into and
determined the merits of the proposed change, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Plat of Chimacum Creek Estates,
Division II, Lot "B", be altered from that ownership of 1/49th interest to
single ownership, and that the change maintain the plats conformance with
the Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinance.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Plat of Chimacum Creek Estates,
so adjudicated and approved, shall be filed in the County Auditor's Office,
showing that:
l. The rep1at shall restrict road access from "Roger's Place" to
the plat's east property line for all other uses except for
residential.
2. Lot "B" shall become a designated Lot (Lot 50) and shall be so
marked on the face of the rep1at.
3. The dedication shall be corrected to show the change in owner-
ship and use status of Lot "B".

4. The altered plat shall show the original plat and the
accepted changes in relation thereto.
5. The altered plat shall contain a reference to the "Order Of
Plat Alteration" by the Board of County Commissioners.
